Creating Dreams!

I read an article in Sommerset Studio, March/April 2007, 'Cutting the Canvas: Art Without Fear' by Jill Postema. Jill talks about how sometimes she gets stuck. She wants to create, but is afraid to make mistakes. So in a leap of faith she cut a hole in a brand new canvas, this hole became her creative challange. I started this blog long ago. Afraid to mess it up. I have had other blogs, other creative outlets that I never feared to 'mess up'. That was in my drinking days. Now sober for five years I stare at my new blog in fear. Today 'I cut the hole' into my new canvas.

15 mins a day in each room of the house
Finish my course in digital scrapbooking
Finish art project 'Helen'
Finish art project 'Eating me alive'
Finish art project 'Unnamed Pocket'
Visit extended family monthly if possible
Journal daily
Learn a new art technique each month
Walk the mall once a week during cold or rain
Walk the neighbor hood once a week or more
Remodel Bathroom
Remodel Bedroom
Remodel Twins room
Remodel Daughters room
Reorganize Office/Sons room
Remodel twins room
Pass P&C test
Pass Life/health test
Organize digital photos, store on cd's
Start prayer garden plants
Order plants on time
Finish/reorganize prayer garden
Learn to love me

Continue to heal relationships
Pray for patience
Eat healthier
Get real 'me' time
Put the new cushions in the couch(what a pain that is)
Put wood floor in living room
List all stamps that are forsale on ebay or other format

Volunteer every other week or twice a month
